About me and my practice

Seeking therapy can sometimes feel a little bit scary, especially if you have never had therapy before, but for many people, taking that first step can be a relief, a feeling of not being alone anymore.

One size does not fit all, so I tailor my work to suit each individual, offering a safe, non-judgemental space for you to explore what's troubling you.

I believe you are the expert in your own life, so you set the agenda and pace of our sessions. I will be there beside you to help you work through what is bothering you and together we will find a way to improve your life.

I offer long term and short term therapy, so please do send me a message and I will arrange to call you for an informal chat, free of charge and with no obligation.
